Looking back at 2023, and a sneak peek into 2024

As we count down the last days of December and look ahead to the new year, First of all, the Von Poll Real Estate team hopes that you have enjoyed the holidays with friends, family and loved ones. 2023 has been a year with many changes in the market and within our real estate agency, but above all, a year of growth. We proudly look back on the most important ones in this blog developments within our office and we lift a small tip of the veil about what 2024 will bring.

Changes within the Von Poll Real Estate team

Over the past year we said goodbye to some esteemed colleagues: Sianne, Alexandra, Lisa and Esmee. We are grateful to them for their efforts and wish them all the best in their new adventures. At the same time we have had the pleasure of welcoming new enthusiastic and knowledgeable colleagues: Marie, Rebecca, and Sabine are joining our team in Amsterdam and Jeroen Baard is stepping up as the new office director in The Hague, where he will start working with our clients in The Hague. Change of location

Our office at the Amsterdam Zuidas is closed due to a large-scale renovation of 'The Rock'. That is why we are joining forces at our locations on Keizersgracht in Amsterdam and Bankastraat in The Hague. We have exciting news for 2024: Team Von Poll Amsterdam is facing a change in office location. Stay tuned for more information!

2023 by the numbers

We were pleased to partake in many transactions in 2023. We have been able to mediate in The Hague and Amsterdam for 92 sales, 86 purchases and 57 rented listings. The average asking price of our transactions amounted to € 1,101,825 and our customers rated us with a 9.8 average! We look at the market for 2024 optimistically, supported by the Funda Index, predicting an increase in buyer confidence despite limited options in listings. We see opportunities in this dynamic market and are happy to tell you more about its possibilities.

The market for rental properties changes rapidly

After the turbulence of 2023, an important question awaits us in 2024: sell or rent?
